2 weeks post op 6 day stall?
Search here for stalls. They're 100% normal as our bodies adjust. Make sure you're getting your water and protein in and try to rely on other measurements instead. :)

I was looking through your old posts and it seems like you do a lot of comparing yourself to others from your comments. I might be reading it wrong, but it might be a good idea to work on breaking that habit of comparison. You are you :) Your weight loss will be different than anyone else's! Sometimes you will stall, sometimes you'll lose multiple pounds in one day. You'll get there if you keep on plan :D

Well in your 17 days since surgery, you've lost 20 pounds, which is definitely more than 3-5 pounds a week.

That is an amazing loss already. 20 pounds in 2 weeks is huge! Your body is just adjusting to your new stomach and how the system needs to work. A lot of the stalls at this point are jus****er weight issues. Put the scale away for a few days and focus on staying hydrated and getting as much protein as you can tolerate. the weight will come off.
