I made a creamy tomato soup that I blended and strained while I was in that phase of my diet.  I also strained Panera French Onion Soup - although it's not a cream based soup.

I bought the Bari Life protein cream soups and pretty much lived on them for about 4 weeks. A bit pricey but I was able to meet my protein goals and fluid goals by using it.  My favorites were the cream of chicken and cream of tomato. 15g of protein, 5g carbs, 95 calories. They have their own website where you can purchase the items. Each soup box had 7 packages in them and the box is $11.

I just used Campbell's Creamed soups.  I strained them in the beginning.  It is only a short time that you need that and they taste good after the sweet shakes.  A lot of people like the Unjury chicken broth.  You get the protein and the warm soup.

I enjoyed the Wegman butternut squash soups, sold in a box. I also use the Unjury chicken soup but use chicken broth or skin milk instead of water when I made it

I used an organic cranny tomato soup in a carton by a brand called Pacific. I've seen it at a few different grocers, including Target. For non- cream soups, I made a homemade French onion soup then blended and strained. Also had some homemade chicken stock I made in the crockpot.

I have been using Unjury chicken broth with skim milk but my favorite is Pacific brand low sodium cream tomato. yum yum!

I liked Cream of Chicken/Campbell's brand and my daughter heated it with water and then strained it.

After just being on liquids, the strained soup tasted quite good! For pureed food, my husband bought a rotisserie cooked chicken from the local grocery store. That way, he could eat a piece or two and I could puree mine. Was tasty!

Good Luck!
