how much weight are you supposed to lose week by week

It varies by person and what you're eating.  You lose more pounds per week right after surgery and then it tapers off.  Some weeks you lose...others you don't...it all balances out in the end.

How much weight are you supposed to lose week by week??  Like Gwen asked, more info would be helpful.

No one loses the same as another person.  The more you weigh, there is a chance you will lose more than someone who weighs less than you.  Your diet has a lot to do with it too. 

If you are not losing at a rate you feel is satisfactory, track your daily food & water intake and see if some adjustments can be made.
