Sorry you're having problems -- hope things get better soon.
With regard to the Sport Tea -- maybe I'm reading it wrong, but it looks like you said acid reflux was caused by a reaction to allergy medication? If you're feeling so tired, I'd give the tea a shot - might make you feel a lot better and make it easier to deal with the other problems.
Eh, the tea seemed to irritate before the allergy shot, so I'm staying away from it. I might just be too early out for it yet. I'm calling my surgeon because the symptoms don't seem to be getting better, and I'm beginning to feel a bit "peaked" all the time - weak, dazed, you know the drill. Today, I took 1 bite of tuna fish for lunch and got the runny nose and "slimies" immediately. I understand if that happened when I tried to eat too much, but one bite? Nah. Time to pester the doc!
Welcome back. I was wondering how you were doing.

Stress can kick our butts :(
I'm having some of the pain issues that you've got as well and it's aggravating since it could be from so many different things - not being able to sleep normally for 3 weeks, getting lots more exercise than normal, my body saying "aaaah, what the frak did you do to me!!!!," etc. :P It's frustrating. I hope to get to my orthopedist soon.

Bah... I called the surgeon and they said what I'm feeling is pretty darn normal. Boooo! It sure is a struggle these days. I'd be happier with just a little more sleep at night and a little less muscle soreness.
