Sorry I don't usually start these but I am bored. The student I am with fell asleep and I'm about to do the same if I don't do something! So here we go.

Hi, I'm also bored this morning - and wanting to eat. It can be a struggle some days...
Breakfast - crack slaw - yum
Lunch - harvest chicken salad with nuts and cranberries, also yum
Dinner - balsamic chicken - triple yum.

I've been running around this morning! First I had the gym and then mental therapy. Sadly, I got my time planning all screwed up, so I was only able to do 40 minutes at the gym before I had to rush back to the house to shower. I'll take a walk later to fill out my hour.
S: protein shake with 2T Benefiber, 1 dose Miralax, 1/2T collagen (The collagen is something new I'm trying.)
B: 3 ounce pouch of tuna salad - I just ate this and so far it seems to be sitting well.
L: 2-3 ounces waikiki meatballs, pureed
D: FroYo protein popsicle
Vits: 1 of 4
Water: working on it, I'm feeling headachy now since I haven't been able to drink enough yet this morning. Now I'm waiting for my 30 minutes after tuna!
Exercise: 40 minutes on treadmill, 1% incline, 2mph. I'll take a walk outside later to make up my hour.
