I started purée and mushy stage today. I made a scramble egg with cheese. It was moist. Started eating it slowly chewing really good. Went down good and then all of a sudden about 5 minutes or so later I didn't feel that great. Felt like it was sitting hard. Lots of pressure. No nausea just felt weird. Anyone know exactly why?  What is it exactly causing that?  Will meting able to eat ever feel normal?

Lots of people just have problems with eggs early on. That could be it. Or I agree that it could be eating too fast. Don't worry, eating will get a lot easier.

You might be one of the unlucky individuals who has problems with eggs.  It may change over time, but you might want to wait a little before trying to eat eggs again.

If you like living on the edge,  maybe try egg salad and see if you have the same reaction.  Eat very slowly and chew it until your jaws ache.  Good luck!

A bite every 2-3 minutes in the beginning.  And don't try to eat the whole egg.
