Painful cramps

Hi everyone for the last week I had a couple if day where I had painful cramps. I'm 6 months out and I never really had issues. This last time they hurt so bad my boyfriend wanted to take me to the ER but I refuse it kinda feels like gallbladder pain if you ever experience that. I know that's not it cause I no longer have my gallbladder. I try throwing up but that only made it worst and nothing came up. Please give me some idea of what this is and if maybe I do have to go to the hospital.    

You should definitely see a doctor.  Probably too late for the hospital, it looks like you posted this last night.  Cramping can be due to many things and there are too many options for you or us to know why.  A doctor can palpitate, listen and test.  It may be an intestinal upset, constipation or something easily dealt with...from there I wouldn't even care to scare you by venturing a guess.  Get into your doctor!
