I'm just over 3 months post-op and was doing wonderful, however this past week I've been exhausted.  Needing a nap everyday and never feeling rested in the morning.  Has anyone experienced this?  Any suggestions?

You have 4 kids...I'm surprised you made it this long without needing rest lol.

Is your life busier than usual? Are you eating and drinking right?

Yes I did. Someone at work suggested taking Iron and it did wonders. I figured the reason was because I wasn't eating much and plus started having periods again after surgery (dammit). Also along the road I've discovered Potassium and Magnesium as well, minerals needed for all kinds of systemic functions. But yeah, try some iron.

It works if you work it; it sorta works if you sorta work it; and it doesn't work if you don't work it.
