I've been on pureed foods all this week.  Yes, I get full very quickly.  I have to eat very small bites and very slowly.  My program calls for eating 6 times a day which was impossible in the beginning of the week but I have gotten much better.  Just keep working on hitting your protein and water goals.  And don't feel bad about not eating a whole yogurt.  I've got a half dozen little containers of things I've only partially eaten in my fridge.  :-)

I've been pureed foods for about a week now and  yes, I definitely get full after just a few spoons.  Since there are always leftovers, I usually measure out the food I'm going to eat into small (condiment bowls) and put the rest into Tupperware containers to eat later.  Like one of the other posters, I also use infant sized utensils to help with pacing my meal out over 20 minutes and decrease/eliminate the "lump in my throat" feeling.
