NSV - National Bike to Work Day

Not only did I bike to work today, I biked on Tuesday and Thursday also.  It is 6.11 miles each way.

I rode in with a gal from work who is an avid cyclist and runner. Years ago we did this when I was very heavy.  I could not come close to keeping up with her.  Today I was right up with her at a steady pace!!  I have come so far.

Tomorrow is my biggest cycling challenge yet.  30 miles with hills.  Oh boy, what have I gotten myself into?
