3 Months & 75 pounds - with pic
Last week was my 3 month mark and today I hit 75 pounds lost (57 since surgery). Over 40% EWL
Pants: 26/28 to 20
Bra: 44H to 40G
Tops: 3x to 2x (and some XL t-shirts fit now too!)
Blood Pressure: 130s/80s to 101/67
Positives: all of the above plus being able to keep up with my kids better. I climbed to the top of a large indoor play place and didn't feel like the whole thing would crumble under my weight!
Small Negatives: lightheadedness from lower BP, hair loss is starting, skin sag is getting noticeable in my belly

Oh, ya! Look at you--you go, girl--and keep on going. It just gets better and better. Stay the course-daily progress-no "food vacation" mentality, and you will reach your goal. Isn't it wonderful?!

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
Wow. You are doing great. Its wonderful to see the changes already at 3 months out. And the best is yet to come!
