weight loss

I am 3 1/2 weeks from having had surgery.  I lost 17 pounds over a week ago and stalled completely since.  Following the diet allowed ....ugh, protein shakes.  Is this usual?  At least my puny tits stick out more than my belly, but I have 50 lbs. more to loose, and I feel it will really be slow when I am allowed to eat real food, as I have almost no carbos & calories now.  I am considered a "lightweight" so I know loss in pounds is expected to be slower, but not come to a screeching hault.

Totally normal.  Search the forums on "stall" and you'll see how often people stall, especially in the third week.

This is the infamous three week stall, and it happens to almost everyone. Keep following your plan, and you'll do great.
