6 months out
Totally understand. I am 7 months out and keep fighting the same pounds up and down for the last 2 months. I have increased my protein and reduced my carbs these last few days. Been walking A LOT also.

I've had a few periods like that as well. It's a drag.
But I use TrendWeight (the link is in my sig below) and it really helps to keep me sane. Even when I've had those annoying times, my trend is always going down, so it helps to keep me motivated. :)

My weight loss has always been lose a few then plateau, then gain a bit. But it always falls eventually. so hang in there. If you stick to the plan, and eat less calories than you need, you'll lose weight, regardless of the number on the scale that day.
I just stalled for four weeks in this pattern, and today I was down 5 pounds. You just got to keep the faith. It works.
best wishes,
Carol

Yep, I am in this boat too. 6 months out.... My thing is I don't lose for 3 weeks, then drop 4-5. In that three weeks I may go up one or down one but it doesn't stick till week 4 when *POOF* all of a sudden I drop 4 or 5. I certainly have nothing to complain about but long gone of the days of weekly losses.....
