Got the call!

If you saw my previous posts, you know my last year has been more than bumpy.. just plain horrible actually in my personal life. Hoping that will change quickly. After a battle with my insurance, I was finally approved on Monday! Got the call from the scheduler today and got a date. Band is coming out and sleeve is happening JULY 22ND!! Less than 3 weeks away. Holy cow. My liquid diet & 1 lean protein a day diet starts the day I get home from my summer vaca. Perfect timing! Thanks for all the kind thoughts while I've been going through this first step.

Really great news!  God bless you through all of this.  I am 4 1/2 months post-surgery and I thank God everyday for this blessing.
