Over eating?

I have had right at 900 calories today... Including my quest bar :)
my 6-8 ounces is typically 4 oz of dense protein and then a veggie. I still haven't introduced any breads, pastas, rice, potatoes. I have had some fruit.
i am am losing about 10 pounds a month. I haven't updated my tracker because I always weigh on the same scale at the doctor so it is accurate... I suspect I am about 8/9 pounds lower now and about 10 pounds from my first goal (a "normal" bmi)...
