Wow my knees are bad and achy other parts but I'm hoping that walking and losing will make me feel better. Lap band in 06 so I was younger. I'm now 53 yikes

MY tentative date was Aug 25th but when they called me yesterday, they asked if it was ok if they moved the date up to August 11th!.......  Well Duh!.....  Yes Yes Yes!

So Aug 11th it is for me!  Got a meeting with the Sports medicine people today to see what workouts I will need to do then the Nut tomorrow to see about the Liver shrinking Diet, then it's On!
