Major scale victory for me
I have been very anxious and excited to get to 214. That is the lowest weight I can ever remember being. I got down to that weight after swim season of my junior year of high school. I don't remember what I weighed in elementary school but I know all through middle school and high school I weighed more that 220-230. So strange to me!
This is also the first time in my life I "only" need to lose less than 50 pounds!
Weight loss has really slowed down to 1 maybe 2 pounds a week the last month so I feel like getting to goal is going to take a while.
Now just to get to onderland!!
Fantastic! Congratulations :D

It will happen! And that is so awesome. There are so many different steps to the final goal, and I'm glad to see you're marking them. I marked things like "weight when I got married", then it was 100 pounds lost, now it's under 200 weight (like you, it's been a long long time).
On the slow down... I've been there for WEEKS. Stuck good and solid, wavering within a 2 pound range. But I realized I wasn't as focused as I had been (I'm approaching one year). I wasn't overeating, but I wasn't eating as smart. I went back to my cottage cheese breakfast, protein shake lunch, cut back on my dinner portions, an avoided that 1/4 cup of 'pub mix' I'd been enjoying in the evening. It restarted the scale moving again. Yay!
