B:  1/2 english with 1 T cottage cheese

S:  3 strawberries

L:  2 T chickpeas, roasted red peppers and 2 oz turkey breast all chopped up and mixed

S:  iced coffee with 2% milk

D:  going out with the Real Housewives of my town ;) so not sure

TODAY IS MY TGIT. aka Thursday/Friday. Kelly prayers going up. Been that kinda week for me too.

B: greek yogurt, raspberries, protein granola

L: 1/2 ham salad sandwich w. cheddar cheese

d: ????

E: to a walk 1/2 way through my day, walked the track,

B: hard boiled egg

S: shake

L: 1.4 ounces chicken salad, two grape tomatoes and 1 small fresh mozzarella ball (0.3 oz)

S: mini baby bel light

D: 2.3 ounces of the inside of a chick pot pie, those carrots and peas tasted great!

E: ummm......no, I know, I know

D:  going to make a crab ceviche 

Water:  5/12 way behind on water

Exercise:  walked 2 miles and going to do two more this evening

B- steel cut oatmeal and blueberries i scoop protein powder unflavored

L- Missed 

S- 1/4 cup unsalted raw almonds

D- salmon and cabbage with garlic and EVOO

low protein day- see if I can add a hard boiled egg later
