Today, Mr. Scale and I met to weigh in and...I weigh exactly how much I lost pre-op (154 pounds)As I stood looking at myself in the mirror with that knowledge, I burst into tears realizing how much weight that actually was (It's one of me, OMG) that I dumped pre-surgery, but also how far I have come in my weight loss journey...293 pounds and counting!

WoW!!!! Unless I am reading your signature line wrong....for even more inspiration you should pull out a pic of you on surgery day and see that you have lost ALL of that person since the beginning of your journey! That is indeed a true accomplishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I frequently compare before pictures to me know.  It was more of the realization today that OMG, I lost one of me currently ....before ever having surgery.  In my head, I just did what I needed to do in order to make myself as successful post surgery.
