Motion/car sickness after surgery?

The 4 hour ride home 2 days after surgery was great. The next day, a 5 min ride to the store made me sick to my stomach. I thought maybe it was a one time thing. Yesterday, a week after surgery, it happened again. I've driven myself around town and feel fine. I ride in a car and I feel sick. Anyone else have this problem or am I a freak?.....lol

I have bad motion sickness (not from surgery but since I was a kid) and I am fine if I am the driver, but I get sick if I am the passenger. And the back seat is worse. A straight shot on the interstate is usually okay, but lots of stopping and starting or winding roads get me. Looking at the horizon usually helps.

Personally I haven't felt any different thatn before surgery. I sat for 2+ hours on the road while reading this past saturday with no issues. Hopefully it will pass for you!

you still have the anasisia in you it will effect  you for up to 2 weeks also any pain killers , can course nassia 

when you are driving you don't pay attention to how you feels as much as when your a passenger
