It's finally here! See you all on the loser's bench!

It's my turn at 7:30 am. Please feel free to write anything you like, wisdom, advice, jokes, prayers, tell me about your day...whatever you've got, I want to read them from my morphine haze when I wake up with my new sleeved tummy.

Wooohooo, it's finally here!

Thanks in advance for giving me something to read tomorrow ;)

Congratulations!!!  When you read this you will be one your way!  Best wishes for a speedy recovery and an exciting journey to the new you!  Take tiny, tiny sips constantly. Try different temperatures if one does go down well. Room temperaure tea worked best for me. The first several days take your meds as often as you are allowed so the pain doesn't get out if hand. I did that the first 3-4 days and the pain was very manageable. We will be waiting for an update!  Go get 'em girl!!

Congratulations on your new life!

One of the best parts of "going under" is the medically induced amnesia so a lot of the pain will turn into a distant memory you have to work hard to remember!  YAY!

Remember, sip sip sip and get up and get walking, even when you get home.....I started out walking to the end of the driveway and back, doing it several times then ventured to the end of the street.  Next came walking my 'hood, setting my timer for 20 mins on my phone, then 30 mins.  Realize you will tire easily and give yourself a break, but keep on trying....

Follow your doctor's plan to the letter and get tha****er in.....you'll do great!

Congratulations! I'm 2.5 weeks out and doing great. The first couple of days were rough (I was really nauseous post-surgery) but it's been smooth sailing every since. You're going to love the results!
