I am 3 days away from my one year surgiversary and I HAVE MET MY DOCTORS GOAL!!!! One year of hard work and so much determination definitely paid off!! I still have about 10 more pounds that I want to lose but I am so stinking happy right now I can't stand it!! I have so much energy and I actually enjoy going to the gym and working out. Also, I actually WANT to eat healthy. There are some nights that I don't feel like cooking and I think of how easy it would be to swing by a fast food place and grab something. But then I think of how miserable I used to feel after eating all that junk. And how much work I have put into getting into shape and why ruin it for a measly greasy burger and fries?!?!? Thank you all for your support throughout this year. If anyone is questioning whether to start on this journey, my answer for you is YES, DO IT!! You won't regret it!! (Hopefully the pictures I attempt to post will show up)

Yay!!!! Congrats! I love seeing people post about hitting goal and seeing pictures! It makes me (being only 2 1/2 weeks post-op) feel like it is possible! Thank you so much for sharing!
