August 17 VSGers exercise report - what did you do today?

I walked 3.33 miles in 57 minutes, avg heart rate 147.  More importantly, I did the 5K portion of the walk in  52 minutes.  I hope to get by the Y this afternoon for my upper body weight workout.

2 five pound hand weights for 30 minutes, walking/steps, and 30 minutes on stationary bike uphill.

I did a nice kayak paddle this morning.  I'm planning on yoga tonight and might fit in a run sometime this afternoon.  Man if I were always on vacation, I would be super fit!

I'm only 1 week post-op so a little limited.  I cleaned my house for 8 hours straight and washed all of the windows.  More energy and motivation  than pre-op.

That is pretty dang good for 1 week post op.  I only had enough energy for a few 10 minute walks during the day.

Ran for 53:17.  I think around 4 miles but was a new route so not sure.

Just got back from the Y and did 10 minutes on the treadmill for warmup and then a 30 minutes upper body weight workout.

Swam for 1 hour and I'm thinking of doing a bike ride in a bit.  I'm super motivated today, which makes up for yesterday when I was a lump and did nothing.  

VSG on July 1, 2014.  High Weight: 351 Consult Weight: 338 Surgery Weight: 325  Current Weight: 175

6 Month Pre-op: -13 M1: -27 M2: -14 M3: -23 M4: -14 M5: -20 M6: -10 M7: -14 M8: -8 M9: -3 M10: -7 M11: -1 M12:-0 M13:-0 M14:-8
