August 21 - Report your exercise - What did you do today?
I walked/jogged 2.1 miles in 36:18. The first lap was in 16:17 and the second was in 17:59. I was a little tired this morning so I took it easier. HR was 129. I need to get to the Y tonight to do weights as I will be out of town this weekend.
EDIT: Went to the Y and did a mile on the treadmill to warm up and then did 2 sets of weights.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.
5K - 1st 59:00(9/14) PR 33:45(9/15)
10K - 1:14(10/15) 1/2 - 1st 3/20/16
My run today was hard. I had some technical difficulties so missed a run segment, which sucked, but oh well. I did 60 seconds running and 90 seconds walking for my intervals. 65 minutes today at 1% incline for a total of 3.41 miles.
Then I did 20 minutes of post-run yoga.
Almost forgot - tonight is my Bhangra dance fitness preview class! Hopefully that will go well.

I had an intense personal training session yesterday morning and a 5K mud run coming up on Saturday. My trainer said to take it slightly easy the next few days so I don't injure myself. Nonetheless, I walked the dog for 3 miles in under 40 minutes this morning. I plan on either doing my week 5, day 3 c25K run tonight and/or Zumba and taking the dog for another walk tonight. Just walking tomorrow to prepare for my first 5K anything ever!!
We need rest days too! :D
