My surgeon prescribed me a 2 month supply of prilosec capsules that I was instructed to open and pour the contents into my shake or jello.  I'm supposed to take it for 2 months and then stop.. I've been taking it since my 3rd day post op.  If you can't take the tablets yet ask about the capsules.

But gummy multivitamins are missing a bunch of important nutrients and there is no gummy calcium citrate.

I agree that's why I only did it for the first month .... I had 2 in the am and 2 in the pm.   I actually took them a bit less then 1 month cause I left them on the ledge of my stove so I wouldn't forget.. and then I turned my stove on to cook something forgot to move them so they all melted together lol... forced me to go to the big horse pill earlier lol !!! :-)

I was sleeved on the 19th and I take the prilosec pill whole. Just a little water, then swallow it and a little more water. I've been taking it for 3 days now and it has went down fine. I've also heard you can sprinkle the contents on applesauce or jello. I started taking some pills in the hospital the night of surgery.
