May sound crazy

This may sound crazy, but I know that doing stuff like cutting grass, yard work, etc. is considered exercise. How would I coordinate this in myfitnesspal? Have anyone else ran into this. Any thoughts to what I should put this in as. I'm asking because although I only go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week, I find myself doing yardwork on the days that I don't go. Just want to keep up with calories burned to maximize my weight loss.

Mowing lawn is in MFP so you can add it in :)

You would be surprised at how many regular every day activities you can input into MFP to get the calories you burned.  You can enter mowing lawn, raking, shoveling snow, grocery shopping, cleaning, etc.  Just search for the activity and see what pops up!

It's worth noting that caloric burn estimates are notoriously inaccurate.  So I wouldn't put to much faith in the numbers MFP gives you for these things.

Thx everyone for the replays. I actually found it. But I also have an ab circle pro, but that's not coming up. I bought a fitbit flex, but it was missing the tracker, so I haven't had a chance to return it to walmart. I may just settle for the fitbit one. Any suggestions on which is best?

I have the fitbit zip and I love it.  It was half the price of the regular fitbit and the only major difference is that the zip does not track stairs climbed or sleep.  It tracks steps, distance, and calories burned which is exactly what I wanted.
