Goal!

VSG on 07/17/13

OK, I reached goal a week ago, but I wanted to make absolutely sure before I posted the announcement!

My goal was 150. I've been there for a week, and this morning I was at 149! Went to the dr. a couple weeks ago and had a NORMAL BMI, a perfectly healthy blood pressure, and after "donating" 6 vials of blood all my labs came back fine.

My highest weight was 287. At surgery I was 279. I've lost 130 lbs since being sleeved! YAY!!!

I've gone from a tight 3x to a size small, and I have to replace all my fall/winter shoes because my feet have gotten smaller and they slide around in all my old shoes.

I also start a new job on Monday, after 3 years of sending out job applications :) It will be nice to be somewhere where people aren't always commenting on how much weight I've lost. That was getting really annoying.

I love all the encouragement from this group! I know I haven't been on much lately but I will try to keep checking in.
