I am already down 7 1/2 pounds in a week.....plus new NUT....I feel Grrrreat!!

I met with new NUT today and she took my weight. I have already lost 7 1/2 pounds since my surgery which makes me down already a total of 29 since my pre op diet. She was very surprised. She said that is great. Also thanks to those who pointed out my other NUT may have been giving me bad advice. She still claims she didn't say Sugar expands your stomach but she wrote it down on a piece of paper that both me and hubby saw. I do not need scare tactics just useful help.
