Finally Feeling...

Full that is I cant even get 1 scrambled egg down which is awesome, but I know its preventing me from reaching my goals. Glad to finally feel something in my little sleeve now I know its truly there lol.

That is terrific! I just had 1/2 c eggbeaters with a tiny slice of sundried tomato cheddar, YUM! I had no problem eating this, I wish I could feel some restriction.

I have a few times when I ate too fast...or took a few bites more after I started feeling full. It's not something you wish to happen. It usually puts me horizontal on the couch for 30 min to an hour.

I know how you feel.  It is nice to feel full so you know how much you can eat.  Now that I know my limit, I try to weigh or measure most things so I don't feel full.  A couple of times I have been too full and it is uncomfortable.

I guess I got confused with that moment before you feel full with actually being full. I usually stop eating when I get this feeling that I need to stop
