Still having a hard time
Drinking all my water it's hard to constantly be sipping on something I thought I'd practiced enough before surgery, but I guess not. On a lighter note my pass 2 meal pictures are up that I have talked about and I'll be sure to constantly add them to my profile. Looking forward to my next Meal Diaries post.
It is hard to be constantly sipping on something, but it's a learned habit. You will get there. I guarantee it.
One day at a time. Gotta take it easy and be gentle on yourself.
Bit by bit, you will see progress. It gets easier every day. Promise!
