Why am i not losing weight all the sudden?
I had my surgery on Sept 24th and after that I lost 7 1/2 pounds. But since then I have only lost one pound. I haven't changed my eating habits because I am still on a liquid diet and I exercise everyday. What is wrong?
Here is my food list everyday
breakfast- protein shake
lunch- 3 ounces of cream soup
snack- sugar free popsicle
Dinner- protein shake (sometimes I have a cup of fat free broth)
I am not getting my 8 glasses of water in but I am usually pretty close.
Best thing you could do for yourself: stay off the scale. The weight will come off - your Jody calls the shots though. Stalls and pauses are common among almost all of us.

I used TrendWeight, which I recommend for everyone who is going to weigh themselves daily, since it lets you focus on the trend (which is what matters) instead of the daily fluctuations (which don't matter). Otherwise, stick to weighing once a week.

Try weekly measurements. I know my belt tightens up a notch even if the scale does not move. Plus you are in the range of the normal week 3 stall.

Stalls are your body's way of telling you not to get too cocky.

I haven't lost much either and my surgery was the day before yours. I weighed more when I left the hospital than when I checked in, but I was pumped full of fluids due to nausea and vomiting.
Here is what I have been eating this week (pureed stage):
- B Dannon Lite & Fit Greek Yogurt with 1/2 scoop protein powder
- S Laughing Cow cheese wedge and 2T hummus
- L 1/4 cup ff cottage cheese w2T hummus mixed in, and 1/4 pureed canned chicken
- S 1/2 cup mashed cauliflower w/2T taco cheese
- D 1/2 cup ff refried beans w/2T salsa
- S Chocolate protein shake w/2T PB2
I usually get between 79-88 grams protein, 64 ounces water and no more than 650 calories per day. I emailed my foods to my NUT and she said I am on point and after I finish the soft food stage I should be eating between 600-800 calories and as much protein as possible while eating 5-6 meals a day. She also said I should be losing between 1-3 pounds per week.
All programs are different though...

It's absolutely normal. Use the search function on OH and search for 3 week stall...you'll find all kinds of info.
If it is frustrating, definitely stay off the scale for a while. Stick to your plan and the weight will come off.
Sounds like your 3 week stall came 1 week early. Search 3 week stall above and you will find a wealth of info on it. Basically stay on plan and wait it out, and stay off the scale for awhile.
