I guess this is a boast post but met with my nut today and ......
I am down to 334 pounds and I have went from a size 60 waist to a size 52 1/2. She said that was remarkable and very very good...now for what I have been doing wrong......
. I haven't been taking my prilosec and not enough water. But she said crystal light can count towards my fluid and water intake.
