8 days out
Todau I'm 8 days out! I know this a long journey and its not always going to be easy, but I love the way this has started! I feel fantastic. I spent the night in the hospital after surgery and it was pretty anticlimactic. Walk and sip, walk and sip! I was sent home with pain meds and I was happy I didn't need to use them. After getting home once again walk, sip plus get my protein in. All of this has been relatively easy. I've heard others speak of head hunger. I don't think I have expericed this as I've had no head problems. I've made dinner for me family and baked and I didn't find it difficult to be around food.
This morning I left the house to tailgate and attend a football game and his home at 8:00pm! It went super smooth (besides being 34 degrees and cold) I got in all my water, protein! I'm not going to lie, I did miss all the yummy tailgate food we usually have but it didn't consume me!
Im amazed how much energy I still have tonight!
I know this is a long journey and things won't always be easy, but I'm so happy that it has began his way!
I love my sleeve!
That is awesome. Glad you are doing so well and working your sleeve.
