Day 8

I am 8 days out from surgery. Commercials are killing me -- makes me want to have a bite of pizza, or go get some Italian food. Fighting it off pretty good. 

How much did you lose before first appointment - my first appointment is next Wednesday and so far have lost 6 lbs - not too shabby for 8 days.

I am 8 days out as well and the head hunger is killing me although I am controlling it.  I was just telling my husband how hard it is to watch tv because there is always one or more food commercials on.  Currently I have lost 7 lbs. since the surgery. 

Sounds like you are in the puréed stage! You can make Eggface's ricotta bake to help with those Italian cravings.
