Rib roast.
I'm going to have a piece of pie later in the day. It's not great, but about as good as I can get it. Pie crust, fat free sugar free chocolate pudding mix as filler, sugar free generic cool whippy stuff on top. Pretty tasty.

We do a scaled down version of Feast of the Seven Fishes for Christmas Eve
This year we're having shrimp, king crab legs, clams casino, lobster tails and we're substituting stone crab claws for mussels with linguine.. because who wants pasta when you can add more seafood? lol
Christmas lunch isn't structured .. more like a graze fest, we'll put out spin/artichoke dip with triscuits , sausage balls and stuffed shrooms .. some will pick on some left-over seafood.
Christmas dinner is prime rib with mashed or scalloped potatoes and a veggie
Dessert is graham cracker pudding pie and custard pie
Great menu, sounds sleeve friendly and yummy! I wish I could do sleeve friendly only, but the elders in my family would not go for it! I don't mind really as I love to cook and make them happy & I can say no to the non sleeve friendly things. I have a big crew coming to dinner christmas eve.
