Pain

I am 3 weeks postop tomorrow. I was feeling pretty good with just a little pain in one incision site.  the other incisions are completely healed.  Yesterday, I don't know if I just moved wrong or pulling of my abdomen from weight loss but I stood up and got a horrible pain in that incision.  It feels like something is tearing inside me every time I stand up or try to bend over.  The outside of the incision, although slightly red, seems to be closed.  Should I worry about this?

I am 2 weeks post op. I remember my surgeon telling me that around week 4 I will feel pain again, it will go away and the pain will not return. It's crazy! Don't know why the pain comes back. ?? Karen
