Since I started with losing weight at my heaviest I was 292. I lost 10 pounds before surgery. I have now lost a total of 39 pounds in just a little over 2 weeks! Wow! I can't believe it!

It truly is. No regrets, best decision I ever made and I thank my parents forever for helping me achieve this. We all had it done! The biggest loser family!

That's fantastic!

Please be careful. Since you lost so much, so fast, don't get discouraged if you slow way down over a few weeks or a month. It can get inside your head.

I lost 290 altogether, and the most in any one month was 24. You are doing great, just keep working the plan!

Oh yes I fully expect to hit a wall in the 240's for sure. I had my 2 week post op check up and was told my progress was incredible! That most people lose this much around 7 weeks.

Men.  I hate your gender.  You lose weight faster than women do

Congratulations on the remarkable progress!  Just remember to not go into freak out mode when your body stops losing at that rate because it will happen.  Enjoy the first few months and maximum your weight loss now.  It becomes more challenging over time.
