I'm really looking forward to the weekend!  My hubby and I are going to see Garth Brooks in Denver.  It is going to be an awesome weekend.  I'm going to do some clothes shopping and hopefully I'll be able to get my bras altered.  I bought 6 new bras in December and have lost 30 lbs since then, so they are getting too big.

W: getting started

E: Once again I couldn't drag my butt out of bed at 4:45 to get it done and I have a meeting tonight so nothing will happen then either. :(

Colorado is "home" for me. I like when I get back to visit. Enjoy the Garth Brooks concert this weekend.

Today is sort of up in the air.  I'm hoping to go to my parents' gym this evening to take a pilates class, but it'll depend on how my dad is doing at that point.  Since I need him to go with me so I can sign up for a guest pass!  My parents are also weird and eat at their gym since there's a cafe.  They eat BEFORE exercising.  SO WEIRD.  My plan is to do the class and eat at the cafe after, or wait until I get back home to eat at the house.  I'm sort of beholden to my parents' schedules.  But I'm so excited about the prospect of taking a pilates class tonight, even though I know it'll beat me up after not doing pilates for almost a month!  

I'm trying very hard not to snack and, if I do snack, to stick with cheese sticks.  So far, so good for yesterday and today.

2: lunch meat and cheese
3: unclear - possibly at cafe at parents' gym

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 30 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min twist & align for back pain), pilates class?

Ugh -- 2+ hour commute today plus I tapped the bumper of someones car.  Rah!  And I have a sore throat.  Wine wine wine.  But my man is coming over tonight, so I can't wait for the rest of the day to fly by :)

Hi Stacy.  Can you tell me what is Chike, I seem to think it is coffee. But I'm not sure. I just know you have it daily. Just curious.
