Tips/Advice from a 7 year Sleeve Veteran

Thanks for the post. I was sleeved 8 weeks ago and can already see why people need reality checks. Good to hear you're healthy and happy and in control so far out! 

I have a friend that ate a hot dog at 2 months out.  I was shocked that she could.  I could not.. and would not have even tried at that point.

That is really good advise, honesty appreciated.

Thanks for the warning and keep up the good work. Just had my sleeve Friday, May 29th. I will watch my food choices and potions when I get to the point where I can eat solids.
