If I wanted to use this for pulled pork (think insides of a BBQ sandwhich), how would suggest I cook it? I'm headed to Trader Joes this weekend and I really want some pulled pork!

Use a slow cooker for sure. I usually will cook a pork or beef roast this way, then I shred it before using any sauce so it isn'****ered down. Do be careful with BBQ sauce, it is usually loaded with sugar. I would look online for a sugar free BBQ sauce recipe and make that yourself.
