I have not lost 75 pounds and I do feel really great.  But I still see the fat me.  I have 75 more pounds to go, so I know I'm still very much overweight, but when, if ever, do you stop seeing the fat you.  

One of the things that I've been thinking about before I even had my surgery was what I would want to do for myself when hit certain goals (50 lbs lost, 100 lbs lost, goal weight). I have 150 lbs to lose total, so it was easy to do 50 lb increments.
