A week out and going crazy!!!

so far I have just had low fat cottage cheese. I did find that if I eat too fast I get an uncomfy feeling, but that is passes rather quickly. Other than that it has been GREAT to be able to chew something - ha ha. I gave myself 1/2 a cup, but couldn't finish as I felt full, but not overly so. I think that will be a challenge of mine, is to stop eating when I feel full, even though I still have left overs and my brain says keep eating.

I also got ground turkey to cook, as well as thin sliced deli meats, tuna, and eggs. I haven't had those yet. 

 

If you are nervous, try starting with the cottage cheese, as that is really soft and most likely won't hurt going down and then work your way up to the ground meats etc.
