Start by going back to the basics.  Write everything down - eat your dense protein first, eliminate carbs and start moving again.  If you do these things, track honestly, the rest will happen.

You can't take care of them, if you don't take care of you!!

  • Check in with your surgeon to evaluate how you're at, physically.
  • Log EVERYTHING you eat, including condiments, nibbles, gum, EVERYTHING. Weigh and measure so you're not guessing at portions.
  • Stick to your post-op guidelines. You surgeon probably gave specifics, but most folks are generally 600 - 800 cal, 60+g protein, >40g carbs, 64+oz water.
  • Lean protein first and foremost. MAYBE a nibble of veggies if you have room. But mostly protein.
  • Get moving. You can't out-exercise a bad diet, but even an occasional walk is good for you.

I have been a stall for awhile too, my date is 6/2/15.  I just saw my NUT and she said I need to up my carbs.  My protein is good but she said I need to be at 100 for carbs  (good carbs) she recommended some fruit.

Nutritionists' advice can be iffy sometimes. What does your surgeon think? Most often, he/she is more up-to-date on research and can give much better advice.

Most people here stick to under 40g of carbs, or even under 25g.

Stalls happen. All we can do is keep sticking to plan and be patient.
