 Question

Have anyone tried using the shake weight to help with flabby arms, if so does it work?

please share your thoughts....

Nothing will make flabby skin tight, except plastics. Any weights will help you firm and tone muscles. Don't get sucked into fadish type products.

I lift......I've used them.......they are an interesting way to get your core involved in upperbody workout as they require core stablilzation...but as other's said - flabby arms due to skin won't improve with toning muscle.....but....there is no doubt that toning muscles will give a plastic surgeon a good framework to work with. I know from persoal experience! Susan

Like Susan, I have also used them.  However, they will NOT help with flabby arms due to skin.
