WETEO'S (Whatcha Eating Today Everyone)???
Hello hello!! Today I went to my first support group meeting and had a great time, met some new people and learned a lot about vitamins! Also tried some liquid vitamins and a protein drink!
Breakfast:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 Kashi cereal (the kind with the fiber twigs and protein grahams)
Snack:
1 laughing cow wedge
Lunch:
2 oz panda express mandarin chicken
Snack:
1/2 package peppered beef jerkey
Supper:
2 oz panda express mushroom chicken (holy **** this stuff is gooooood!)
1 fortune cookie
Dessert:
1 Pure Protein bar (got these 10 for $10!!)
