I am six years post op and my pre surgery weight was 289.  I am now at 230 my lowest ever (predivorce)  217 and I am wanting to start again.  I feel like a massive failure and am wanting an accountability partner or something.

I hear you and all I know is that regular support is important. I found that I needed support more than once a month at MD office B.
There is an online webinar real time meeting on skype go to www.bariatric angels.com. Helps me tremendously and is full of older post ops with struggles. Use your tool and check out a meeting

Which surgery did you have? You can do it, just do what you know you should and you'll get back on track. Best of luck!!
