Really?? Like that soon??
Alright so I haven't even gone to my seminar yet (that's tomorrow) but I'm feeling like this is all going to go very quickly. I already have my appointment with the nutitionist on the 15th - just waiting to hear back from my psychologist/psychiatrist - I can never get those straight. And then once their records are in to Dr. Zare and a few other tests are done (if necessary) - it's off to insurance approval land!
Side note on Dr. Zare's office - Ben...is....the....best. I want to cuddle him when I see him he's been so informative and helpful.
I've already called my insurance (Anthem Blue Cross PPO Share 5,000) and they said that the turnaround time for approval/denial is generally 5 business days....yeah...five...business....days.
SO...if everything goes swimingly well - I could potentially be scheduled for surgery WAY sooner than I was thinking. I've reviewed the requirements for surgery under my insurance (totally qualify), obtained all medical records, created a binder with all my relevant information and diet history (including gym membership receipts/payments; 6 month diet/nutrition program that I did/failed at), etc. in it and I'm totally ready to go learn everything I can at the seminar tomorrow.
But wow....what if I have surgery before October?? It's totally possible. I am optimistically/cautiously excited!!
There really was no point to this post - just feeling happy and wanted to share. :)
