Completely OT - But a huge burden lifted!
My 2 year old has a significant speech and language delay, but today they where finally able to complete a full hearing evaluation and he tested PERFECT, no hearing impairment or loss.
She also ran a few tests to see if he was having issues interpreting the sounds and he tested fine on that too, which means its more likely just a oral/muscle issue that can be corrected with intensive therapy.
I was just so worried that it would be something that we could not fix, but it's looking better every day!

It has been so hard, but I think it's been harder not having answers. I burst into tears when the doctor told me he was fine, I am sure she thought I was nuts but it was just such a relief to finally know for sure.
The triplets are crazy as always, adjusting very well to 3rd grade. Unfortunately though, all three of them have ended up with my snarky sense of humor, and there are times when I hear my own voice coming from them and it's quite scary LOL
