I never want to be notified.  I hate that it's auto-filled and I have to uncheck it on every post.  Does anybody know if there's a setting I can adjust to make it go away?

Thanks!

Well, that's one way to alienate people.

You really don't want responses?

Why do you post?

Lol  I want responses.  I don't want an email telling me that I got a response.  Does that make sense?

I like the e-mails.  If someone takes the time to respond to a post I made, I don't want to overlook it.  Sometimes threads get buried on the Message Board and I don't always have time to come back to OH to look for them.  I don't have Internet access after office hours, so I would miss a lot of posts if I didn't get e-mail notification.

To each his own though.

When you do your post at the bottom it asks-do you want to be notified.  It's easy to miss.

I'm used to unchecking that box .... I've been on the boards for almost 4 yrs now.

246 in Dec 2008 before banded 1/28/09 at 215 lbs, band crapped 9/09 at 170 lbs and struggled with it and regained to 203 revised to bypass on 8/1/11 and am very happy.

Guess I'll just get used to it, then.
