My hand is not up. lol But I do remember how nice it was the ONE year in my adult life when I did not need to resolve to lose weight b/c I was at a healthy weight. Wish I had kept it off.

But for those who are happy with your weight, congratulations!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

I'm still in the weight loss phase, so losing weight should be an easy one for me this year - I'm almost 3 months post op. Hopefully this will be the last year I ever have to resolve to lose the weight. Next year, will be to maintain the weight loss.
